Dominique Ohlmann, WAE Technical Delegate, in cooperation with the Local Organising Committee addresses on participating teams in Nove Město 2018:
Except for the counries that have already registered someone as a Team Manager through Wareos:
The function of the Team Manager on place is to represent, as an official appointed person, the National Federation during the tournament.
It is strictly necessary to know who is officially appointed for this.
We can never predict what can happen, and we have to know who is in charge of given team in case of claim.
I kindly ask all involved federation to register this person trough WAREOS system or to send an email to the LOC (snajdrcpv@volny.cz) to confirm who will be the Team Manager for the duration of the tournament.
